  4. So I’ve come up with a conspiracy theory, a short one. Water makes you excrete toxins, yes? Excreting toxins means urinating. There’s something called bathroom passes we have limited in school, which allows us to excrete toxins within 5 minutes, but once all bathroom passes are gone they lower your overall participation grade. Are they using our grades to blackmail our health? Is school limiting and preventing people the excrete toxins from the water consumed? Does school hate kids drinking water?

  6. I quit soda and about every other drink imaginable, after so many years. Started my own hydro diet. Which is drinking strictly water only with whatever I choose to eat. Have lost over 25-30 pounds and am back to my weight as I once was in high school. Have gone through such a huge dramatic change after doing this.
    Trust me water is 🔑 to life and so beneficial overall to health and lífe. I never realized it before. Wish I could have a long time ago.

  8. After breakfast I drink 2L water till 6 O'clock and then I eat dinner. I noticed after few days that my GERD and peptic ulcer is cured. And acid reflux is gone.

    Personally I collect rainwater, treat with UV light, boil, distil at home and then pray about for every bath, shower and cup of herbal tea

Your body isn’t set up to digest anything else but water and natural juices from food and fruits, if your a soda drinker you may as well just start smoking cause it’s just as harmful, want thicker hair ? Want to stop loosing hair ? Then stop drinking soda ! Especially. And over sugared fruit juices with preservatives in it. And fast food Eat as natural as you can stand it while keeping meats even lean meats at a bare minimum. Don’t eat ketchup or mustard I could go on but do your own research
