  1. Good video. Thank you. Is it right that even if it's a vitamin, you shouldnt take anything in tablet form. Not even Milk Thistle. It should be by a capsule or liquid. I have NAFLD and have just had my gall bladder removed. I am worried that this will put more strain on my liver.
