Healthy Soup / Soup for Diabetic & Weight Management . 2 hands full Black Nightshade Leaves / Manathakkali Leaves, one Litre of Water, Cooked Moong Dal (Cooked Dal gives thickness to the Soup) Ginger, Garlic 6 pods, 2 Green chillies, Salt, Jeera 1/2Tsp, Fennel Seeds 1/2 Tsp, Onion 1, Tomato big 1 Now cook for sometime Add Pepper, Turmeric powder, Cover with a Lid and boil till the Leaves are cooked Healthy Souyp is ready Manathakkali / Black Nighshade leaves are very good for Stomach and Mouth Ulcers This soup is good for Diabetic and Weight Management Garnish with Coriander and Curry leaves Try this and post your comments, Like, Share and Subscribe.
