oil works wonders for vitiligo. Take 250 ml mustard oil and 5 teaspoons turmeric
powder. Add the turmeric to the mustard oil and mix
well. Apply this on the white spots and leave it
on for a couple of hours. Repeat this twice a day until you see the
desired results. 10. Radish Seeds Radish seeds are very effective in regenerating
melanin in human skin due to their healing properties. Take 50 gm radish seeds and 50-60 ml white
vinegar. Crush the radish seeds into a fine powder
and mix it with the vinegar to make a smooth paste. Apply the paste on the affected areas. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it
off. 11. Yogurt Yogurt improves the vitamin B12 levels in
the body. The deficiency of this is often seen in vitiligo
patients. Take one cup of Yogurt in between meals or
along with a meal every day for healthy skin and gut. 12. Honey And Sandalwood Honey helps in keeping your skin healthy. Along with sandalwood, the anti-inflammatory
and antioxidant components of both the ingredients will fade away your white spots easily. Take 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon sandalwood
powder and a pinch of turmeric. Make a smooth paste by mixing all the ingredients. Apply this on the affected areas. Wash off with water after keeping it on for
10 minutes. Use this pack every day. 13. Neem Neem is a very good natural remedy for treating
all kinds of skin problems. Neem leaves can help you regain the original
color of the skin. Take a handful of neem leaves, 1 teaspoon
honey. Blend the leaves to get a paste. Add honey to this and mix well. Apply on the white spots and let it dry naturally. Rinse after 10-12 minutes. Repeat this once every day. These natural remedies will not act like magic
to reduce white spots. You need to use them regularly to see the
