Left four fingers again. And with your arms and rotating backward. One. Two. Please follow my pace. You may hear some clicking. This is normal. Five. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Now, with your right four fingers, rotate your left arm. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Now, with your four fingers and place under your arm, and push it backward. One.   8. Uhm Austin, I heard from a source that ranging 'above' your shoulder when you hear the popping isn't actually that good, and if you have the arms straight to aside of you and go with upper range isn't also good for shoulder joint, it may grind… what is your opinion?
