in fiber benefits the entire digestive system by moving food quickly through the stomach
and into the intestines. Whole wheat grains, cereals, and pasta offer
a good source of fiber, as do peas, lentils, beans, artichokes, broccoli, turnips, and
raspberries. Leafy Greens – Naturally low in fat and
